These terms govern access to Nomad Property Manager, a property-management platform operated by NomadEngineer LLC.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use only your own account. Registration does not guarantee approval. A user assigning a property, agent, tenant or document confirms that they have authority to do so. One email address may belong to only one platform account and role.
2. Role-scoped access
Administrators may manage the organisation. Owners and property managers may access their authorised portfolios. Agents may access properties assigned through active owner-agent relationships. Tenants and applicants may access their own records. Users must not attempt to bypass these boundaries or obtain another party’s information.
3. Listings and applications
Listing publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of advertised rentals. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of application information and uploaded documents. Submitting an application or requesting a viewing does not create a lease or guarantee acceptance.
4. Rental and financial records
Platform rent, payment, expense and statement records are administrative records and must be reconciled with bank, trust-account, accounting and source documents. The platform is not a bank, payment processor, estate agency, legal adviser or accounting firm unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Leases and generated documents
Generated leases, statements and notices depend on information supplied by users. Parties must review commercial, legal and accounting content before signing or relying on it. Templates do not replace independent legal advice and may require adaptation for the applicable property, transaction and jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload malicious or unlawful content; impersonate another person; misuse identity or financial information; interfere with platform security; scrape restricted data; send unsolicited communications; or use the service for discrimination, fraud or any unlawful rental practice.
7. Availability and third parties
The platform may depend on hosting, email, mapping, screening and other third-party services. Availability is not guaranteed and features may be maintained, changed or suspended. Users should keep appropriate source records and backups for important business and legal information.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NomadEngineer LLC is not liable for decisions made by owners, agents, property managers, tenants, applicants or third parties; inaccurate user data; failed applications; rental disputes; indirect losses; or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be disabled or removed for security, legal, contractual or acceptable-use reasons. Removing an owner-agent relationship removes that relationship’s access without necessarily deleting the agent’s other authorised relationships or historical audit records.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions should be directed through the organisation administrator or official Nomad Property Manager contact channel.
